To provide the best service to every client, please follow our appointment policies. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. LATE CANCELLATIONS Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW Clients who fail to show up without notifying their barber will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before booking another appointment. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. RESCHEDULING We understand that emergencies happen.
